1) How do I become a member in EGDVD?

You will need to open an account.

Click on "New User" on the upper left of the page& fill in the form.

2) How can I pay for my online rental membership?

When you open an account and start adding movies in your "Rental Queue"; our delivery boys will pass by you and give you the first movie in your queue and kindly receive the membership fees.

3) When should I Pay?

First time you receive your DVDs. This date will be your payment date every Month, 3 Months,...according to your payment plan you choose.

4) How do I receive and return DVD(s)?
Directly through EGDVD delivery team; without any extra charges for the delivery service that EGDVD uniquely provides.

5) What areas do you ship to?

We ship everywhere inside Cairo; Giza; 6th of October; Alrehab and 5th District.

6) How long does it takes to receive a DVD?
Our service is 7 days a week. You receive the DVD same day if you pressed the "PLAY" button before 12:00 pm or next day if you pressed after that.

7) How many DVDs I can rent during the month?

There is no limit for number of rental times during the month!!

No. of DVDs you can rent depends on your subscription plan and number of extra DVDs you order.

(1 order a day).

8) How much should I pay?

According to the plan you choose when you subscribe at “New User" link in the Member area.

9) What is Rental queue?

It is a list of your favorite DVDs you choose with the priority you assign to it.

You can Add, Remove; Prioritize DVDs in your rental Queue.

10) How do I add movies to my Rental Queue?

     a. To add movies to your "Rental Queue" click on "Browse Movies" button on the top.

      b. Then all what you need is to click on "Rent" on the movies you like to watch.

c. Your rental queue will look like this:

You can Add, Remove; Prioritize DVDs to your rental Queue.

11) How do I order a DVD?

As a new member; your current state will be on "PLAY" mode.

When we send you a movie; the state becomes on "Pause" mode automatically.

This means that you have a movie on rent.

When you finish watching the movie; change your state to "PLAY" mode by clicking the play button.

This means that you are asking for the next movie in your "Rental Queue".

When you do so; we will send you a new movie from your rental queue and receive back the old one.

Don't forget to do that!

12) How many DVDs can I rent each time?
1 or 2 DVDs at a time according to your plan.
However you may expand the No. of DVDs you want to receive by ordering extra DVDs .

13) What is Extra DVDs?

You have the option to order extra DVDs over the number of DVDs in your plan. You can do that by selecting the number of extra DVDs you want (you will find it under the Play/Pause button).

(Extra DVDs Charges Apply)

Example: your plan is 1 DVD at a time, and you ordered 2 extra DVDs; so you will receive 3 DVDs. All from your rental queue.

14) How much should I pay for delivery service?

Our Delivery service is totally free.

15) How long can I keep the DVD(s)?

There are no late fees as long as you pay for the monthly subscription. However to assure the best service it's not recommended keeping it for more than 1 week.

16) I can't find my answer; what should I do?
